Jeff Graham is the mayor of Watertown, NY and one of only two incumbent elected officials who are enrolled members of the Independence Party. He has served three terms, and is running for re election. If Jeff is returned to office, he will be the longest serving mayor in the history of Watertown. Here he answers questions about public life as solely Independence, and gives advice on how to get started as a candidate.
